Terms and conditions of use

Use of gaiaclinic.al implies acceptance of the following terms.

1. Nature of the site

The site is for information and promotion. Published content is not medical advice, diagnosis or prescription and does not constitute a binding contract for the provision of care. Clinical information shown is general in nature and does not replace a clinical visit.

2. Booking a consultation

Submitting a contact or booking form does not create a contract. The contractual relationship with Gaia Clinic SHPK is only formed after explicit acceptance of a written quote and signed informed consent at the clinic.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the in-clinic appointment. Online consultations can be cancelled free of charge at any time.

4. Telemedicine

The preliminary online video call is not telemedicine within the meaning of Italian or Albanian law. It is an orientation conversation. Diagnosis and treatment prescription always require a clinical visit.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images and trademarks on the site are the property of Gaia Clinic SHPK or their respective owners. Reproduction without authorisation is forbidden.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Albanian law. For disputes relating to care provided in Italy or other EU countries, the applicable national law applies.
