1. Consultation: online or in clinic
It all starts with an assessment. You can choose a 20-minute video call with one of our Italian dentists, or submit X-rays and CT scans via the contact form. We'll respond within 24 hours with a preliminary treatment plan and quote.
If you prefer, the initial visit can take place directly at the clinic in Tirana: the visit costs €40 and is reimbursed if treatment is required.

2. Travel and stay in Tirana
Once you've accepted the quote, we'll organize the trip together. Flights to Tirana from Rome, Milan, Bologna, or Verona take approximately 1.5 hours and depart daily. We'll recommend the best dates based on your treatment plan.
Upon arrival at Tirana Rinas Airport (TIA), you'll be met by a driver who will take you to your hotel. Treatment begins the following day.

3. Treatment in clinic and follow-up
The treatment plan is carried out according to the agreed upon schedule. For complex treatments such as All-on-4 or All-on-6, two visits are usually required: one for surgery and one for delivery of the final prosthesis, 4-6 months apart.
Upon your return to Italy, stay in touch with your coordinator. Post-treatment follow-up is free for 12 months.

The patient journey: from the initial consultation to follow-up
A well-organized dental trip is measured first and foremost by timing: when to contact us, when to arrive, when to return for the final phase, and what happens next. Here's the order, without any vagueness.
1. First contact and quote
It all starts with a contact form or a phone call. If you have a recent panoramic or 3D CT scan , please attach it: this allows us to provide a more accurate initial assessment. Within 24 business hours, you'll receive a written quote and guidance on the required length of stay.
What we ask you before the trip
A brief medical history (allergies, medications, medical conditions), any diagnostic imaging, and the days you're available. Once the details are confirmed, we'll arrange your flight, airport transfer, and accommodations at a partner hotel just minutes from the clinic.
2. Arrival and first visit
We'll meet you at Tirana Airport with a private transfer. The day after your arrival, your visit will begin with a 3D CT scan and confirmation of your treatment plan. If the plan requires changes, we'll explain them to you before starting any procedures: no surprises, no pressure.
3. Main clinical phase
For complex implants, the main phase lasts 5-7 days: surgery, application of the fixed temporary prosthesis, and post-operative check-ups. For veneers or aesthetic rehabilitation, 4-5 days with two or three appointments are generally sufficient. Between procedures, you have free time to explore Tirana or relax at your hotel.
4. Return and recovery period
After the first phase, you'll return home with written instructions and direct contact with the team. For implants, the osseointegration period lasts 3-6 months. During this time, we'll stay in touch and, whenever you like, we can arrange a follow-up video call.
5. Second trip for the final phase
Returning to Tirana for the final crowns usually takes five days: fitting, finishing, cementation, and final check. You leave the clinic with a full smile and all the treatment documents.
6. Follow-up over time
We'll send you a recommended schedule of follow-up appointments (checkups and professional hygiene). If you have any questions, you can contact us even after your trip: we respond to emails and WhatsApp messages as quickly as we do during the pre-treatment phase.
