What happens after you submit the form?
- Contact within 24 hours — a Gaia Clinic coordinator will text or call you in Italian.
- Preliminary assessment — 20-minute video call or exchange of X-rays/CT scans to assess the case.
- Personalized quote — within 24 hours of your assessment, you'll receive a written treatment plan, including prices and timeframes.
- Travel arrangements —only if you decide to proceed. Transfers, accommodations, and tour schedule.

Questions about booking
Do I have to pay to book?
No. Booking a consultation is free and does not require a deposit or credit card.
What should I attach to the form?
All you need is your name, email address, and a brief description of the problem. If you have recent X-rays or CT scans, please attach them: they will help us prepare a more detailed treatment plan before your trip.
How long does the online consultation last?
A standard video call lasts 20 minutes. For complex cases, we can arrange a longer session at no additional cost.
