Response times
All requests received via form or email are processed within 24 hours on weekdays . Weekend requests are processed on Monday mornings. For urgent calls, the clinic number is available during business hours.
Initial consultation
The initial consultation is free and does not require treatment. It can be done via video call before travel for international patients, or in person for those already in Tirana.
Working languages
Italian, English, and Albanian. Some colleagues also speak German or French: you can request a coordinator who speaks these languages when booking.
Useful documents
They are not essential. If available, photos of your mouth will help to clarify the case, and recent panoramic X-rays or CT scans can be attached. Otherwise, we perform imaging in the clinic at the first appointment.
Pre-trip quote
For patients coming from abroad, we always provide the treatment plan before organizing the trip: this way, you know the times, costs, and number of sessions before booking the flight.
Payments and billing
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash. For international patients, we issue a medical invoice that can be used to request reimbursement from the fund or insurance company, when applicable.
